Stake acceptance and spin start

Repeated taps can create confusion about whether more than one wager was placed.

How a cluster pays and how a tumble resolves
Matching symbols must form an adjacent group, connected horizontally or vertically, with at least five symbols for a qualifying cluster. The symbol paytable determines the initial value. When a winning cluster pays, its symbols are removed and the remaining symbols tumble down; new symbols fill the open grid. The game checks the resulting grid for another cluster and repeats the process while wins continue.
Tumble rounds are part of a single spin rather than a series of new paid spins. The first bet covers the spin’s full tumble chain. Keep that distinction in mind when reading win history or comparing spin counts. If a symbol payout table is open, use its exact values and denomination; an image of candy artwork does not reveal whether a symbol is a low or high value.
Multiplier spots and feature persistence
A winning position can be marked after its symbol clears. If a subsequent winning symbol occupies that position during the same spin, the spot receives a multiplier; the original game describes values beginning at 2× and doubling on further hits until 128×. If a winning cluster crosses multiple multiplier positions, the active rules determine how the values combine and apply.
In the base game, marked positions last through the tumble sequence and then reset. In free spins, the positions and values stay for the duration of the bonus round. Do not confuse the 128× ceiling at a single spot with a 128× total spin result or the game’s maximum win. A payout cap is a separate rules item.
Scatter awards, free spins and retriggers
Pragmatic Play’s current product page lists the number of free spins awarded for scatter counts: three scatters award 10, four award 12, five award 15, six award 20, and seven award 30. The game’s Information panel should explain where scatters can land and whether additional scatters during the bonus retrigger spins. Check any special rules for the free-spins round in the exact build.
The feature carries marked positions and multipliers from one free spin to the next until the round finishes. That persistence can make prior feature activity visible in later spins, but it does not alter the meaning of a random game outcome. A player cannot select when a scatter appears or force a retrigger by continuing after a losing bonus.
Malfunction, interrupted connection and dispute records
Game rules commonly explain what happens if a technical fault interrupts play; the wording for a particular game version should be read directly in its Help panel. A frozen screen does not by itself show whether a spin was accepted or how it settled. Reconnect through the verified operator domain, then check the game history and balance record before trying another spin.
For a dispute, retain the title and provider, date and time, stake, balance change, round reference and relevant screenshot. The public product page does not show every configuration detail. Copies of game rules hosted by operators or other third parties can document a particular build, but they do not prove which RTP, bet range or feature setting is active at a Ghana operator today.
